School Order Form | Part A: School Details & Programme Selection | Part B: Negotiated Offer & Acceptance
The school completes Part A. HiPATH staff agree the discount and payment terms in Part B. Grade-wise Combo A/B/C prices are preloaded from the 2027-28 proposal; the final quote requires authorised approval.
These details appear with the order and can be used to send the approved quote, invoice and payment reminders.
Select the entire stage, not individual grade packages. Provide student counts for each level/grade included in that stage so the quotation can calculate enrolment and book quantities.
A zero count should be discussed with HiPATH if the school does not currently offer that grade. Any exception to the complete-stage rule requires separate approval.
Choose one combination for the selected stages. Programme rates are preloaded in the background from the HiPATH 2027-28 proposal, with automatic grade-wise calculations.

The conversation's September figure was 10%, which makes Plan B total 90%. An authorised team member must agree and enter a revised figure before issuing a final order.
The school provides cheques for the agreed instalments. Before presenting a cheque, the HiPATH team contacts the school to confirm funds and asks whether NEFT payment is preferred. If NEFT is received and reconciled, HiPATH cancels that cheque, shares an image of the cancelled cheque, and returns the original to the school. The agreed process and payment dates appear on the final signed order.
